I did originally recognise the shoe as the female form......... but until I turned on the magnifier, I didn't actually see the finer detail.
The lattice work on the back of the bodice (shoe sole), and the strawberry blonde hair (on both women) is what it took to see the whole picture/artwork.

Nothing like some good old lesbian action, even on a shoe.
