Before I started exercising, I only got a few hours of sleep a night. Now I work out in the morning and have more energy during the day. I have also found that go to sleep easier and get a lot more sleep now. Plus it helped to to lose all that weight.
Nice...way to point out that the rest of us are a bunch of fat asses.
